(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid enterprise system integrator and operational data store. – To design, develop, deploy, and integrate the technical components for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Transformation Project.– The integration platform serves as the foundation platform for the Medicaid Enterprise System Transformation Project through which all future modules will communicate and integrate– The System Integrator (SI) solution enables the Agency systems to efficiently share data and services between systems within the Agency, with other agencies, and with partners– Infrastructure and services that enable the State of Rhode Island to achieve its vision for a modular yet integrated Medicaid enterprise set of capabilities.– a portal providing end users with a single point of entry.– shared infrastructure and services to support integration, promote uniformity, and provide for reuse across Medicaid modules, and– access controls to ensure the security and protection of data and information– The decoupling of systems and data to make data available and consistent throughout the Medicaid Enterprise System, which improves data quality, consistency, and tools for operational data use and analytic processing.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2024.
