(1) Vendor needs to provide high–impact tutoring services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.– Include explicit phonics instruction and meet accessibility requirements for special student populations, including multi–lingual learners and students with specialized programs.– Offer lesson plans and materials for 30, 45, or 60–minute tutoring sessions.– Ensure curriculum compatibility with in–person tutoring formats.– Allow curriculum flexibility to focus on specific PPSD needs and align with school and classroom–level instruction.– Design and provide pre–service training that covers:– Delivering tutoring sessions with embedded curriculum.– Conduct formative assessments and analyze student data.– Building relationships and engaging students effectively.– Onboarding students to session formats, technology and expectations.– Analyzing key student data to drive session planning.– Facilitating effective one–on–one or small group instruction.– Develop a tutor oversight and coaching system to provide feedback and support, model lesson plans and engage the tutoring team.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 08, 2024.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
