(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture, engineering, landscape architect and construction administration service to the government authority located in South Kingstown, RI. – To provide professional design services for the interior/ exterior renovation of certain portions ofthe historic Peace Dale Library building to design to support health monitoring, education, and workforce training while preserving the buildings historic integrity. Improvements will include the removal of an existing drop ceiling to expose the original wood structure; expansion of an existing second floor balcony, the addition of required staircases and access/egress points, restroom addition, mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing upgrades, access enhancements, upgrading the existing parking area, and improvements to an adjacent reading garden.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2024.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2024.
