(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and landscape architectural design services includes but is not limited to surveying of the project area, development of alternative parking layout options, preparation of bid ready engineering design plans and associatedspecifications, details and notes, landscape architectural design, preparation of all technical specifications and town permitting applications and associated processing, limited project oversight services and support during the construction phase and assistance with project closeout to the government authority located in Street, Wakefield, RI.1. Site survey:– Topography with 1’ minimum contours in all parking areas.– Spot elevations at all utility structures, top and bottom of stairs and ramps, curb corners,building corners and entrance areas;– The specific location of all deciduous trees greater than 4 in caliper or evergreens greater than 8’ high;– Approximate location of underground utilities based on surface site observations and owner provided plan information.– Invert elevations in all catch basins.2. Conceptual design:– The plans shall include conceptual design and layout for all required drainage improvements, both surface and subsurface.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 9, 2024.
