(1) Vendor needs to provide audit service to the government authority located in Woonsocket, RI. – Provide audit and tax services to the organization for fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026, including:• Audited financial statements, related notes, supplementary financial information e.g., schedule of expenditure of federal awards, statement of functional expenses and related management letter for each fiscal year.• Provision of agency audit as required by the state for each fiscal year.• Monitoring compliance with selected state and federal regulations as need.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 5, 2024.
