(1) Vendor needs to establishment and implementation of AI frameworks and solutions within defined industry sectors.– to provide expert advice to agency leaders regarding opportunities to maximize the benefits of ai adoption across industries in state while minimizing risk. – Vendors will provide advice for evaluating and adopting ai in both the private and public sector.– Vendors responding to this solicitation will help inform the task force’s understanding of the considerations to be explored regarding ai adoption but will not be responsible for producing documents related to the above outputs.– The agency will additionally bring on an entity to help coordinate task force committees and develop materials, including policies, standards, and frameworks, to be adopted or otherwise formalized by the task force.• Define the industry appropriate data readiness, privacy, and security standards for use in AI applications, ensuring adherence to known and established ai ready principles and security for AI capabilities and functionalities.• Define the industry appropriate ai frameworks to ready for the adoption of ethical and un–biased AI.• Provide domain specific ai use cases and opportunities that support business operations, efficiency, and effectiveness.• Provide recommendations for next steps for state to advance its readiness for the adoption of ethical and un–biased AI.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2024.
