(1) Vendor needs to provide owner’s environmental engineering and site assessment services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– Provide Environmental Engineering and Site Assessment services.– Provide all services necessary to comply with the Department of Education of Necessity of School Construction.– Installation of three monitoring wells.– All samples are to be analysed for a full suite of constituents.– Site Investigation Report – Complete a Site Investigation Report in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for the Investigation and Remediation of Hazardous Material Releases.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 21,2024.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 20, 2024.
