Vendor needs to provide web–based social emotional universal screener.– Social–emotional learning competencies including self–awareness, self–management, responsible decision making, social awareness and relationship skills– Social–emotional and behavioral health and mental health and wellness domains such as anxiety, depression, affect, as well as overall executive functioning.– Screener must be normed with a substantial number of teachers, parents, and students that is representative of the general U.S. population in terms of ethnicity or race, gender and age. It must also have a proven track record of supporting large school districts as well as historically or systematically marginalized populations.– Provide ability to administer, manage and visualize results of targeted assessments and progress monitoring of social–emotional learning standards and social, emotional, behavioral skills– Must provide secure login credentials.– Must be able to provide audit trails.– Must be accessible by the Google Chrome internet browser.– Should not require any type of client software installation on district's end–user workstations.– Must be a completely hosted service with no additional hardware needed by the district.
