The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Chemical Vegetation Control Services, Woonsocket Flood Reduction Project, Woonsocket, RI.THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and permits to perform the chemical vegetation control services at the Woonsocket Flood Reduction Project. The Woonsocket Flood Reduction Project includes four (4) locations with 17 work areas for a total of approximately 18 acres. The areas require maintenance spraying and spot treatments of vegetation on rock slopes and dam structures. Chemical Utilization Spray Reports shall be submitted upon completion of chemical herbicide application.
