– Vendor needs to provide multi–function digital copier and printers services to the government authority located in West Greenwich, RI.– Provide multi–function digital printer and copiers related maintenance/support services.– Print management system must include the following features:– Find–Me printing– Print Deploy for 6 sites– Printing for BYOD, Mobile and Chromebooks– Managed printing for Windows, MacOS, Debian and Ubuntu Linux, Chromebooks, iPads, and Android clients– Guest printing– Secure print release using 125 kHz proximity cards, 13.56 MHz contactless smartcards, Username and password, PIN, and support integration with Google Workspace and Active Directory for authentication.– Scheduled and ad–hoc reporting and print logs– Restricted color printing– On device scanning with on–premises OCR, image enhancements and scan actions– Scan to email, network share, and Google Drive– 3D Printing job submission and workflow management is desirable.
