(1) Vendor needs to provide data analytics and artificial intelligence service to the government authority located in Rhode Island. • Define the governance, membership, and operating models that will inform the state’s integrated data system and Artificial Intelligence strategies. Evaluate the current state of Data and Analytics capabilities and assess its preparedness for AI initiatives.• Define the appropriate Master Data Management framework(s) to facilitate the utilization and sharing of state agency data to enable evidence–based policy and decision–making, fostering collaborative insights among agencies and promote analytics integration across the state.• Outline a robust data governance and privacy strategy for the enhanced use of data and evaluation an assessment using systematic data collection and analysis of one or more programs, policies and organizations intended to assess their effectiveness and efficiency capabilities to make informed decisions.• Ready data for secure and scalable use in enhanced state program evaluations and build framework that enables evidence–based analytics across state programs.• Drive data readiness and security for use in AI applications, ensuring adherence to known and established AI ready principles& security for AI capabilities and functionalities narrow and general.• Define the appropriate AI frameworks to ready the state for the adoption of ethical an dun–biased AI.• The conduct of assessments through systematic data collection and analysis of programs, policies, and organizations, adhering to scientific best practices, essential for evaluating their effectiveness and efficiency.• Emphasizing the fostering of an organizational culture of secure and purpose–based data sharing to streamline policy decisions such as those related to state–wide resource allocation, workforce planning and housing development.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2024.
