– Vendor needs to provide short term rental third party inspection services to the government authority located in Narragansett, RI.– Provide short term rental building, fire and life safety inspections and reporting services.– Estimates that there are approximately 1,200 rental units which rent for thirty days or less.– Scheduling inspections with property owners and occupants.– Conducting inspections of the short–term rental properties.– Provide a listing of all short–term rental applications submitted through the viewpoint electronic software program.– Inspections shall be performed annually upon the start of the new registration period.– Complete detailed inspection reports for each short–term rental application and property, maintaining clear and accurate records of all inspections with required findings noted, uploading photographs.– Provide weekly updates via electronic reports and spreadsheets of all short–term rental properties, indicating the address, owner, contact information, number of bedrooms, square footage of parking area, inspection status, conformance or non–conformance with the inspection, and any deficiencies noted.
