(1) Vendor needs to provide analytical laboratory testing services to the government authority located in Wakefield, RI.– Lab must supply sample bottles and drop off bottles when requested by town personnel.– Lab must provide sample pickup within 24 hours of request by town personnel,– The town reserves the right to visit the lab and observe procedures, techniques and types of equipment/ instrumentation.(2) A contract term will be for one year.
