(1) Vendor needs to provide course quality assurance assessments service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.• Assessment for courses:– Interims or Benchmarks for Grades 2–8 Reading and Math.– Midterms and Finals for High Schools– English Language Arts 9, 10, 11 and 12;– Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Statistics, Pre–Calculus;– Biology, Chemistry, Physics– Civics, World History, US History,– Rubrics must be provided for questions that need to be hand scored, such as essays.– Some rubrics will be provided by the district and some may need to be created in partnership with the Office of Teaching and Learning.– Provide study guides, best practice test–taking strategies for students and testing protocols for school proctors.– Develop testing standards, environment and protocols in cooperation with Teaching and Learning or Data or Assessment Teams.– This must include a question bank that will offer valid assessments for at least 3 different assessment windows.– Provider must have the ability to offer online and print resources for educators such as test proctor instructions and student study guides.– All program maintenance, updates, and upgrades must be included at no additional cost for the license term.– Describe the subject areas included in the examination battery and how specific items were developed and selected for the examination.– Provide a copy of any support materials including manuals or guidebooks that set forth policies and procedures and briefly describe relevant policies and procedures.– Policies and procedures described must include the security procedures for handling tests.– Maintain ownership of all test–taker data, assessment materials, and related supplemental materials.– Provider must provide an analysis of assessment data to the district leadership teams preferably within 2 weeks after the completion of each assessment window and upon request.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 30, 2024.(3) Contract period will be for one year.
