(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation subrecipient program liaison consultant services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– On–call scoping, planning, and engineering consultant services to assist in the implementation of the Transportation Subrecipient Program– The TSP includes to the ferry boat program, port, rail, and related transit projects.– To local infrastructure and streetscapes projects, greenways, highway safety improvement projects, port/ferry system, bike networks, rail lines, transit systems, environmental permitting, and assets as well as the challenges and obstacles facing the state and its subrecipients in implementing state and federally funded projects– Develop project scopes of work based upon purpose and need; Identify project location in program in order to appropriate proper funding for individual projects– Develop presentation materials including to PowerPoint presentations and presentation boards for internal and external meetings, and to facilitate meetings with stakeholders and the general public.– Provide project final inspection and closeout services on TSP Projects(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 13, 2024.
