STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR USCGC OAK Man Lift Rental USCGC OAK requires the rental services of a man lift to repair components located on the ships main mast and in need of services outlined in this statement of work. 1.0 GENERAL 1.1 BACKGROUND The 225` WLB asset, USCGC OAK, has failed halyards located on the ships main mast that require replacement with use of a man lift. 1.2 SCOPE The scope of this contract is defined by the efforts and tools required to support USCGC OAK (WLB 211). The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and tools necessary to elevate a 2 man work team to the location of the failed halyards on the ships main mast, approximately 100` vertically and 50` horizontally. 1.3 OBJECTIVE The goal is to provide man lifting services to the CGC OAK to facilitate the repair of failed halyards located on the ships main mast, approximately 100` above ships main deck. 1.4 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 1.4.1 Compliance Documents T
