(1) Vendor needs to provide monitoring and maintenance of security systems to the government authority located in Providence, RI.– All central station monitoring and processing system hardware that is required to make up the system shall have redundant spares on–site with additional spares available from the monitoringservice provider.– The monitoring system shall use equipment using technology for communications and aradio backup.– Provide technical sheets on communications for agency to provide data drops and descriptionsufficient for agency to evaluate the proposal and communications.– Monitoring shall be available for sufficient communications from all locations simultaneouslywithout interruptions to the monitoring center– Alarm indications at the monitoring console caused by methods of detection other thanaudio shall automatically display on the monitoring console with complete account andalarm identification.– After the alarm condition has been reported to the central station, the audio portion of thesystem shall operate as described previously.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 03, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
