The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, may have a requirement for the lease of 3 or more multifunction printer/copier/scanner device(s) to include maintenance and support services and all necessary supplies, excluding paper in the local Rhode Island area.Vendors must be able to comply with FAR 52.226–3 Disaster or Emergency Area Representation, 52.226–4 Notice of Disaster or Emergency Area Set Aside, 52.226–5 Restrictions on Subcontracting outside Disaster or Emergency Area.
