(1) Vendor needs to provide facilitation services including, setting meeting agendas, running meetings and workshops, managing stakeholder engagement, synthesizing notes and documents, drafting implementation plans and components of grant applications to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- Create and lead agendas for individual small- and large-group meetings and workshops, take meeting and workshop notes, synthesize next steps and follow up with participants.
- Create lists of potential community participants for certain meetings, based on meeting or process goals; communicate with those participants to ensure best representation amongst relevant stakeholders.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2023.
