(1) Vendor needs to provide national or regional franchise license program to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- provides a non-traditional franchise program that will be utilized to outline and offer daily service (with hot and cold food options) by state and student employees
- Improve its presence on campus by serving a more ethnically diverse and culturally current food service option
- Promote the University and its programs
- Enhance revenues by encouraging students to buy into the meal plan using this option as an incentive
- Increase commissions through Ram Account sales
- Improve services to students, staff, faculty, and visitors who utilize retail facilities
- The vendor must indicate how it will coordinate with The University for the purposes of planning, dispute resolution, and enhancement of products and services
(2) A Mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 22, 2023
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2023.
