(1) Vendor needs to provide digital marketing website and social media services.
- Provision of digital marketing website and social media services.
- To assist with website and social media services in for the town.
- Branding: The Vendor will work with the Town to strengthen digital branding efforts. This will include creating a social media marketing strategy.
- Social Media: The Vendor will develop and execute strategies to grow the Town's reach on social media among the town's targeted audiences.
- Public Outreach: The Vendor will develop and implement a strategy for distributing communication to mass and social media outlets.
- Maintain Town's 170-page website that was developed on the Civic Plus Platform.
- Maintain websites on an as needed basis which includes:
• Post News and Highlight Flash Events
• Create calendar events
• Add and remove staff
• Maintain site document directory
• Edit and update pages
• Ensure accuracy and detail of pages
- Social Media services include the development of Town social media strategy, management of the listed social media platforms, tracking engagement and growth resulting from social media efforts on the following platforms:
• Facebook
• Twitter
• Instagram
• YouTube
(2) The contract period will be for three year.
