Vendor needs to provide web based employee benefits decision support software.
- Web-based employee benefits decision support solution (the "Solution") to educate active employees about their benefits and the State's comprehensive employee benefits program. The Solution should be engaging, educational, and include capabilities to motivate employees to take further action in the state's existing benefits and programs.
- Offers a user experience that is easily accessible without any special log-in credentials required, and that is interactive and personalized, including the ability to collect user responses and preferences in order to provide a "best fit" plan election and participation recommendations based on the input of the participant
- To users 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year (with exception to regular maintenance needs during non-peak times).
- Ability to evolve on a daily or weekly basis based upon changes in each participant's life stage, health or wealth circumstances
- Provides solutions that 'learn' on an individualized basis to assure engagement is aligned to the individual
- Assists users to positively impact financial wellness
- Ability to view up-to-date data on users' usage of the Solution, including the Solution's "best fit" recommendation statistics and total traffic.
