Vendor needs to provide training and technical services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- Trainings delivered in person or through videoconferencing are allowable. Any proposal that includes computer-based (including cloud-based) training with automated tracking of employee and participant usage and that includes assessments, testing, and scoring their knowledge are not allowable under
- Trainings may include the questions and format for assessments, but if built into software owned or managed by the vendor then they are not allowable.

- includes more formalized assistance and consultation delivered to state agency staff, multiple or individual service providers, or individual practitioners or other people serving priority populations.

- Also include administration of scholarship prograsms for the workforce to attend specific training and conferences. Work with vendors to prioritize recipient populations, training topics and events.
