(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband infrastructure and digital equity investment services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- Leverage a best-in-class, resilient, sustainable, and scalable broadband infrastructure to propel the state's 21st century economics, education, healthcare, civic and social engagement, and quality of life, by ensuring all Rhode Islanders have access to affordable, high-speed internet in their homes
- Draft and Implement an Integrated Plan for Maximizing the Benefits of CFP, DEA, and BEAD
- Draft and Implement a Digital Equity Plan: drafting and implementing a plan for implementing all aspects of the DEA in Rhode Island, including assessing, awarding, and distributing Digital Equity Grants.
- Draft and Implement BEAD Five-Year Action Plan
- Design and implement a Process for Supervising Grant Completion for all recipients of CPF, BEAD, and DEA grant money.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 8, 2023.
