(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health database system
- to deliver an established cloud-based software platform, such as a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, that is remotely hosted and requires minimum customization for developing the requirements needed in the newly re-procured platform
- Integrated Health Homes (IHH) are built upon the evidence-based practices of the client-centered medical home model. IHH builds linkages to other community and social supports, and enhances coordination of medical and behavioral healthcare, in keeping with the needs of persons with multiple chronic illnesses
- Differing levels of residential programs with 24-hour staffing for individuals with mental health issues or addiction and mental health issues (co-occurring disorders) who cannot be treated in the community through outpatient supports.
- Ensure access to integrated, evidence-based substance use disorder and mental health services, including 24/7 crisis response and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
- Meet stringent criteria regarding timeliness of access, quality reporting, staffing and coordination with social services, criminal justice, and education systems.
- Receive funding to support the real costs of expanding services to fully meet the need for care in their communities.
- Depend on the availability of adequate data to measure outcomes and quality
- The new system must be capable of providing a warning when providers input data that is likely incorrect
- The data inputted into the system comes with the risk of errors, duplications, omissions, or simply being irrelevant.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2023.
