(1) Vendor needs to provide special education statistical analysis service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Provide statistical analysis of current special education student needs, and a predictive analysis of special education student needs for the 2024-25, 2025-26, and 2026-27 school years, including accounting for newly designed PK-8 school campuses.
- Analysis of current student data, including students in the early intervention process through post high school transition and students placed in out of district special education schools in order to identify special education programmatic needs.
- Current student data include: The special education census, Skyward data, PowerSchool data, Kids Count.
- Analysis of current student trends, including students moving in and out of the school district, students immigrating from other countries, and students with disabilities who qualify for different levels of multilingual services.
- Recommendations for special education services, programs, classroom spaces and staffing needs, including evaluation teams, special educators and related service providers, for the 2024-25, 2025-26, and 2026-27 school years.
