Vendor needs to provide mobile parking payment system.
- To implement a mobile parking payment system option for the town's two beaches.
- The system employed for credit card acceptance must be secure and certified PCI compliant.
- Ability to integrate with a variety of parking meters and parking control systems
- Ability to integrate with existing and future enforcement applications and devices.
- Ability to customize locations according the Town's requirements, including unique zones within a particular geographic area
- Provide for easily programmed rate flexibility, as needed, by location. System must also ensure payment is accepted only during hours of operation and does not accept payment for time exceeding the locations parking time limits.
- Reasonable and competitive processing fees, which affect the net revenue due the Town.
- Ability to remit net revenue due the Town on a monthly basis.
- customer friendly program that allows customers to easily subscribe to the service and access/update their account(s).
- Allows for registration of multiple vehicles under a single account
- Ability to start a parking session and pay appropriate fee using a smart phone, Interactive Voice Response or over the internet.
- Customer notification via text prior to the expiration of a parking session and, should it be required in the future, the ability to extend the session up to any the time limit that may exist for that location.
- Live customer support for account holders.
- Provide customers with receipts for parking transactions upon request.
