(1) Vendor needs to provide job task analysis services for entry level law enforcement that the analysis will help ensure training needs are accurately identified and entry level law enforcement academy curriculum/resources are current and adequate to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- assistance of the decision makers, organize a PC to oversee and guide the project through task list development, sampling plan, data analysis, and findings.
- Develop computer programming and web site to be used by participating law enforcement officers and supervisors to respond to task analysis questionnaires
- Using programming specifically designed for this study, analyze the questionnaire responses from law enforcement officers and supervisors
- Review current medical guidelines and physical standards to ensure their relevance and validity.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 3, 2023.
