(1) Vendor needs to provide certified nursing assistant certification program provide services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- Provide certified nursing assistant training for 20 students.
- Provide the facility, instructors, supplies and materials, textbooks and workbooks and registration, clinical placements and supervision and registration for certified nursing assistant licensure exams.
- Provide a licensed instructor to deliver 130 hours of direct classroom and lab instruction to students from July 10 to August 10 (26 hours per week) including lecture, skill lab and clinical hours in addition to CPR/First Aid certification.
- The instructor will prepare students for the written and practical exams, including the administration of a practice written and skills tests.
- The teacher of record will attend all classes and labs and will spend an additional 5-6 hours per week with students reviewing course materials and providing instructional support.
- Provide breakfast and lunch to students on site.
- Between August 14-25, the vendor will ensure that all students are placed in appropriate placements (nursing homes or hospitals) for students to complete clinical hours.
- Supply workbooks for the course as part of the per-student fee.
- The instructor will attend one informational session for students and families in may to provide an outline of the course, review expectations and address questions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 9, 2023.
