- Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in RI. - the number of teaching and research labs, it may not be feasible to provide swing space for all spaces. - Ventilation, hazardous materials, building envelope, roof, electrical, plumbing to support renovations and expansion relevant to program design. - Provide two exterior and two interior renderings. - Proposed floor plans to reflect program requirements - Provide a detailed proposed project schedule from date of award. Improve upon schedule presented herein where feasible. - Provide a complete breakdown of the fee for the design, using the enclosed form of this RFQ.
