[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide land appraisal services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- Locate and review comparable land sales, adjusted to the specific circumstance of the subject property.
- The appraisal will need to be divided into three separate values.
- Investigate public records for pertinent information affecting the value of the property.
- The offeror will provide complete documentation for each appraisal along with proper analysis.
- The appraiser must adhere to appraisal practices as required to conform to the uniform standards of professional appraisal practices.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 6, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2022

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
