[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services to review and update the city affirmative action plan and to provide advice on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in Newport, RI.
- Reviewing, updating the City’s current affirmative action plan and advising on implementation of the updated affirmative action plan.
- Preparing and customization of the City organizational structure, policies, practices, programs, and data.
- Ability to conduct analyses of job descriptions, recruiting, screening, selection, and promotion processes.
- Training in EEO for management and supervisory staff, if needed.
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of the AAP/EO program and identify problem areas where remedial action may be needed.
- Create professional reports, objectives, and goals.
- Designing an internal audit and reporting system
- Provide updates as federal and state regulations are amended and changes.

Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
