[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning and goal setting services.
- To utilize the services of a professional facilitator to facilitate a strategic plan and goal setting effort, to assist in identifying projects and operational plans needed to achieve the goals and develop measures that will demonstrate progress towards the plan and goals.
- To review the current strategic plan and make changes as determined through consensus, develop goals, objectives, and operational plans to achieve the Council’s vision.
- To include among other suggested public outreach mechanisms, devise and implement a digital strategy seeking input from the community which may include surveys, social media outreach and other forms of solicitation to seek input from the community.
- To develop consensus driven goals and measures aligned with the Council’s Strategic Plan.
- Preparation of a draft and final report memorializing the decisions made by Council to include the strategic plan as well as any goal, performance measures or implementation plans., related thereto.
- A communications plan for internal and external dissemination of the Strategic Plan, Goals and Measurements and all its components.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
