Vendor needs to provide recruitment and support to expand minority certification service to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Build public awareness of the program by partnering with local libraries, non-profit organizations and government agencies by organizing webinars, zoom meetings relative to certification process.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance to bid on projects after certification.
- Identify and address the existing barriers faced now of applying for a certification to work on reducing or eliminating those barriers.
- Provide technical assistance throughout entire certification process as needed.
- Performs marketing, outreach and recruitment to providence small, women and minority-owned businesses to participate by becoming city and state certified.
- Conduct webinars, training and session with businesses on topics such as:
- Business structure.
- Business plans.
- How to open a business bank account.
- Where to obtain financial management assistance o How to keep a record of personal and corporate taxes.
- Providing resources of how to improve business office skills to manage required certification areas educate candidates on business permits and licenses.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
