Government Authority located in Warwick, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for employee compensation and benefit study services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee compensation and benefit study services to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Attend the pre-construction meeting.
- Attend weekly construction progress meetings and maintain project records.
- Review, approve or take appropriate action on contractor required project submittals, including preparation, review and approval of monthly and final pay applications.
- Observe the work to determine general conformity with the contract documents.
- Prepare change orders and provide interpretation of contract document.
- Attend the final walk-thru inspection and create the punch list.
- Coordinate final project items for the close-out.
- Issue the as-built record drawings.
- Consultant shall be adequately staffed, both technically and administratively, to produce the required deliverables per the required schedule of each task. Office equipment and services shall be retained to provide the needed support for meeting contract scope requirements.
- Consultant project manager shall be a licensed professional engineer or architect in the state. Project manager shall be knowledgeable and responsible for project design throughout entire project.
- Consultant shall be staffed appropriately to fulfil the requirements of the project. Personnel who demonstrated knowledge and experience in the defined scope of services shall be assigned to the project throughout the design, award and construction.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 02, 2022.
(3) All question had been submitted no later than November 04, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
