[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee compensation and benefit study to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Attract and retain qualified employees;
- Provide salaries commensurate with assigned duties;
- Maintain a competitive position with other comparable airports and transportation providers.
- Provide all project work, communication materials and related information to Human Resources to become property
- Recommend updates to job descriptions to uniformly reflect the distinguishing characteristics, essential job functions, minimum qualifications (education/experience and knowledge/skills/abilities), working conditions (physical demands, work environment, and travel requirements), and certification/licenses/registrations requirements for classification as needed
- Conduct interviews and/or job audits as appropriate. Interviews and/or job audits may be conducted individually or in groups based upon classification
- Identify survey labor market comparable and benchmark classes
- Prepare a recommended compensation plan and salary range assignment for each position that reflects the results of the market survey and the analysis of the internal relationships using a consistent approach
- Assist in the development of a strategy for implementing compensation recommendations along with associated costs
- Conduct a training program for Human Resources staff to ensure that the staff can explain and administer the new system in the future.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
