[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide title internet services to the government authority located in Newport, RI.
- Transport: allowing OSHEAN to offer USNWC 10Gbps of diverse transport, a service offering not currently available. Two laterals are proposed for USNWC to provide diverse campus redundancy (dual homing). Annual recurring charges for transport via Beacon 2.0 are delineated below.
- Monitoring: provides monitor and troubleshoot of member's Wide Area Network equipment and access carrier circuits, active "polling" of network edge router(s) every 3 minutes for alarms (7x24x365), member notification within 1 hour of alarm, MRTG reporting,
SolarWinds performance reporting and Alarming, DNS secondary and Tertiary Hosting Services, and IP Address Allocation
- ConnectED (Emergency Notification System): ConnectED provides a notification service to members which allows organizations to quickly notify Faculty, Staff, and Students by various methods including text, email, and phone in case of an emergency, or class cancellations/delays due to inclement weather at the NWC, on base.
- Desktop as a Service (DaaS): Desktop as a Service (DaaS) providing a complete virtual workspace from the cloud, over the Beacon 2.0 backbone, delivering desktops and applications as an easily managed, integrated cloud service. Service can be delivered to users anywhere, on any device.
- Private Tunnel Service: Private virtual circuits (Tunnels) providing a diverse redundant pathway to USNWC’s Hosted Enterprise Unified Communications (HEUC) service provider (OSHEAN Partner) over Internet 2, delivering SIP and Telephone services and related applications as an easily managed, integrated cloud service.
