[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online college cost comparison tool for an online, interactive web comparison tool to assist families to determine the best value school for higher education within their budgets.
1. Backend baseline database for families to select and import the following estimated information to begin comparison of college costs:
- High Education Institutions by State
- Current (or previous year) Tuition and Fees
- Tuition discount information for Merit and Need
2. Once estimate out of pocket college expense is determined, next step would be inputs to model multi-year sustainable payment strategy for the average of 4 years of education. All of these inputs should have brief description fields:
- Inputs for Grants and Scholarships
- Inputs for lump sum cash to be applied
- Inputs for any reduction that can be managed by a payment plan
- Inputs for Federal Loans (Subsidized and Unsubsidized)
- Inputs for Supplemental loans (Private Loans and PLUS)
3. Tool should provide a summary page of the information modeled by the user.
4. Private Labelling of this tool is preferred to feature our logo and ability to add links to our website that can provide families with additional informational resources and lead generation for RISLA.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2022

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
