[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide health spending accountability and transparency program support services.
1.) to understand and create transparency around the drivers of health care costs and cost growth;
2.) to create shared accountability for costs and cost growth among insurers, health care providers, and government by measuring performance against a cost growth target; and
3.) to lessen the negative impact of rising health care costs on Rhode Island residents, businesses, and government.
- Stakeholder Engagement/Communications/Other Tasks
The vendor will support implementation of the Program by performing all aspects of stakeholder engagement including, but not limited to, planning, staffing, and facilitating meetings, supporting the development of strategic communications, and organizing public meetings.
- Value-based Payment Model Technical Assistance
The vendor will offer technical assistance and perform stakeholder engagement functions to support the development and implementation of value-based payment models.
- Data Collection and Validation
The vendor will be responsible for collecting total medical expense reports from health insurers and validating the reports. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for making any changes to the reporting process from year to year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
