[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for 2022 Continuum of Care Special Notice of Funding Opportunity to Address Unsheltered Homelessness to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- Review and summarize the criteria and procedures relative to the 2022 special notice of funding opportunity to address unsheltered homelessness
- Prepare and submit on behalf of the any required pre-application registrations and materials required under the notice of funding opportunity.
- Attend webinars, conference calls, and other presentations hosted or recommended by agency relative to the 2022 special notice of funding opportunity to address unsheltered homelessness.
- Review the agency preliminary plan for application.
- Evaluate the merits of the agency preliminary plan for application; assess fitness of plan in light of competition requirements and other criteria set forth in the notice of funding opportunity.
- Support planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings to inform agency plan for serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness with severe service needs
- Draft the agency plan for serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness with severe service needs, in accordance with criteria summarized in notice of funding opportunity with input from the agency and stakeholder groups, inclusive of all sections identified in the notice of funding opportunity. Recommend and inform data to request and include to demonstrate scoring criteria and inform projected funding modelling
- Draft a request for proposals for projects that align with the agency plan for serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness with severe service needs based on input from stakeholder groups and agency, for posting by the agency
- Develop recommendations to support and improve the agency plan for application.
- Draft the agency application materials and any other related or supporting documents with sufficient time for review by agency staff.
- Finalize the agency application and related materials for submission to agency by fact checking, proofreading, and comparing the content of the application and materials against the requirements set forth in the notice of funding opportunity. This includes review of the project applications selected by the agency for inclusion in the collaborative application.
- Submit the agency application and related materials using the methods (electronic or otherwise) identified in the notice of funding opportunity. This final submission must be made at least one business day in advance of the deadline set forth in the notice of funding opportunity.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
