[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital imaging and indexing, record destruction service using scanning resolution at 300 dpi and in TIFF files format.
- Scanned or converted documents must be forwarded to providence water on external hard drives.
- Document preparation to include separation of documents from file folders, removal of staples, and paperclips.
- Each scanned and converted document must be searchable by a minimum of two indices.
- Scheduled pick-up and delivery
- Document preparation
- Merging large drawings and documents files
- OCR for text search
- Document Scanning 8.5” x 11” page
- Document Scanning 11” x 17” page
- Document Scanning 18” x 24” page
- Document Scanning 24” x 36” page
- Document Scanning 30” x 42”
- Document Indexing (two indices)
- Post preparation of original documents
- Certified document destruction
- Microfiche to Image
- Aperture Card to Image
- External Hard Drives (2 copies)
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
