[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide ERP project management and staffing services.
- SaaS ERP Implementation – Project Management and OCM services
- SaaS ERP Implementation – Workday Functional, Technical & Testing services
- Legacy applications staffing services
- To assist the State and its strategic partners with the SaaS ERP implementation project or provide staffing services for the State’s Legacy applications.
- To propose a model, they will use to ensure knowledge transfer happens without any dependency on the State or Implementation SI during the ramp up or down
- To serve as the systems integrator (SI) and provide SaaS (Software as a Service) ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software for the implementation, support and license of a SaaS ERP solution
- ERP Environment is made up of a series of standalone custom-built and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solutions, many implemented by individual agencies, to overcome the functional limitations, or lack of, statewide Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and finance solutions.
- Systems serve approximately 15,000 employees across multiple state agencies, different branches of government, including Executive, Legislative, Judicial, Secretary of State and Attorney General, multiple quasi agencies, and certain employees at the state colleges.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
