[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide art, culture and tourism reimbursement grants coordinator services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- This part-time grant coordinator will spend 10-15 hours per week between September 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023 administering compliance with a program designed to address the needs of small hospitality, tourism and creative businesses and non-profit art and/or cultural organizations that have experienced adverse economic circumstances during the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2021, including periods of shutdown, declines in revenue, and increased costs.
- Managing state and local recovery fund compliance deliverables and timelines in partnership with act and city staff.
- Working with subrecipients (grantees) to ensure proper reporting compliance.
- Managing all documents and data pertaining to the Art, Culture and Tourism reimbursement grant funding stream.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be offsite.
