[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development strategic plan services.
- to provide an Economic Development Strategic Plan summarizing the economic conditions of Foster’s surrounding markets; to identify barriers and opportunities for the expansion of the Town’s commercial tax base; and to provide steps the Town should take to encourage economic development in town while maintaining its rural character
- Collection and analysis of demographic, economic, and market data through available Sources
- Public input: this may be accomplished by surveys, interviews with residents and stakeholders, charrettes, or other proposed methods
- Presentation: a presentation of findings shall be provided to the Planning Board
- Utilization and analysis of all available survey results, draft Comprehensive Plans, and any other available studies and publications to be provided by the Planning Department.
- Evaluate and define sense of place specific to potential and existing commercial corridors.
- Provide a S.W.O.T. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis relative to place-making.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
