(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate broker services for various properties owned by agency to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the sale of, or lease of, agency properties to yield the highest financial benefit.
- Evaluate offers received and prepare a narrative and economic analysis of each property.
- Maps and graphics for reports.
- Coordination legal, appraisal, survey and title work.
- Monthly reports on the status of projects, including time lines and action plans.
- Additional tasks as requested by agency staff.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 18, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be five years.
