[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide master custody services and payroll services for the city municipal, fire and police pension plan to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- The selected custodian should be prepared to execute beneficiary payrolls beginning January 1, 2023. The vendor will be responsible for acquiring 1099 information on all beneficiaries before transfer of the payroll responsibility.
- Custodian – General
- Annual report and financial statements of the responder.
- Client satisfaction study information.
- A summary of the firm’s organizational structure.
- Documentation of current custodian contracts including asset size and tenure.
- Identification of key staff who will be assigned to the Warwick pension accounts.
- Explanation of whether there will be a dedicated conversion team
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
