(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate tax services to assist it with real estate tax functions for its mortgage loan servicing and subservicing portfolios to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Compatibility with black knight financial services loan servicing system for interfacing or file transfer.
- Ability to convert existing servicing portfolio and add new loans on an ongoing basis.
- Tax payment processing.
- Delinquent tax tracking.
- Tax status reporting.
- Acceptance of electronic payments.
(2) A contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
