[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call independent fee and construction cost Estimators services to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- providing professional and comprehensive independent fee estimates and construction cost estimating services, on an on-call basis.
- Various studies associated with capital improvement projects
- The planning, design and construction inspection and administration of various planning, engineering, environmental and architectural projects
- construction cost estimating services may require environmental permitting in the design and compliance of the construction cost component.
- Repairs and rehabilitation and construction of runways, taxiways, ramps, apron areas;
- Survey, geotechnical and utility data collection efforts
- Replacement, installation, upgrades to airfield lighting, signage, power and control systems;
- NAVAID design and construction and assistance to FAA
- Repairs and rehabilitation and construction of service road networks, seawalls, vehicle parking facilities and roadway signage and lighting
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
