[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide information technology support and management services to the government authority located in Central Falls, RI.
- Comprehensive server, desktop and network support including real-time technical assistance, monitoring, and remedial and preventative maintenance.
- Set up new users and perform basic support functions including the installation of PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and software.
- Diagnose and correct desktop application problems, configuring laptops, tablets, and desktops (or equivalent) for standard applications identifying and correcting hardware problems, performing windows patches and updates along with other preventative maintenance.
- Provide assistance with software and hardware purchases when requested by designated department personnel.
- Install new servers, software and hardware and transfer data when acquired.
- 24/7/365 monitoring and alerting for all server/network related issues as necessary.
- 24/7/365 monitoring and alerting for security/data integrity issues
- On-site technician presence no less than one-day every week
- Regularly assess excess equipment, assist with removing sensitive information, and recommend destruction or disposal when appropriate
- Preventative maintenance services at intervals necessary to keep department IT equipment in good working condition
- Remedial maintenance services when notified by the department that equipment or systems are inoperative.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
