[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide home homelessness coordinated entry system evaluator to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- The coordinated entry system is designed to allow anyone who needs assistance to know where to access assistance, to be assessed in a standard and consistent way, and to connect with the housing and services that best meet their needs
- Ensure clarity, transparency, consistency, and accountability for households experiencing homelessness, referral sources, and homeless service providers throughout the assessment and referral process
- Facilitate exits from homelessness to stable housing in the most rapid manner possible given available resources.
- Ensure that households gain access as efficiently and effectively as possible to the type of intervention most appropriate to their immediate and long-term housing needs.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 2, 2022.
(3) The term of contract will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
